The Manitoba Association of Chiefs of Police, in partnership with the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, is proud to host the 2027 Police Leadership Conference in Winnipeg, MB. Centered on the theme “Leading Through Disruption: Trust, Technology, and the Future of Public Safety”, the conference will bring together current and emerging police leaders from across Canada to explore the evolving demands of leadership in a rapidly changing environment.

Police organizations are facing increasingly complex challenges, from accelerating technological advancement and shifting public expectations to workforce wellness, succession pressures, and organizational transformation. Today's leaders must not only respond effectively to these realities but also position their organizations to thrive in the future.

• Designed for executives and aspiring leaders alike, the conference will showcase innovative approaches, practical strategies, and forward-thinking perspectives on the issues shaping modern policing. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and peer-to-peer dialogue, participants will examine how to:

Registration

On-site registration check-in starts Sunday, April 11, 2027 at 17:00 and ends at 19:00.  The conference begins on Monday, April 12, 2027 at 08:30 and ends on Tuesday, April 13, 2027 at 15:30.

Registration Fee

$695 + GST ($729.75) payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the conference by Visa, Master Card, AMEX or cheque (includes all plenary sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches and three refreshment breaks). If payment is not received prior to the conference, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before January 11, 2027 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax.  Registrations cancelled between January 12, 2027 and March 11, 2027 are subject to a 50% refund.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 11, 2027. 

Please note: If registration is submitted after March 11, 2027 there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
