Program

Workshop 1: Speaking with Confidence and Control - October 16, 2025

Step into the spotlight with calm, clarity, and control. This dynamic session equips you with tools to manage nerves, command your body language, and project a confident presence. Learn how posture, eye contact, vocal control, and nonverbal cues shape your impact — and discover how storytelling can serve as both a self-regulation strategy and a powerful engagement tool. Anchor your foundation for authentic, composed communication.

Workshop 2: Message Structure and Clarity - January 15, 2026

Get your message across — clearly, briefly, and effectively. This workshop teaches you to craft audience-appropriate messages using proven techniques like the “3-Part Opening,” the rule of three, and strategies to reduce fillers. Explore how to adjust your voice for different spaces and reinforce clarity with concise personal examples. Anchor your skillset for sharp, purposeful communication in any setting.

Workshop 3: Practical Scenarios and Real-World Delivery - March 19, 2026

Put your skills to the test in real-world law enforcement contexts. Whether addressing a town hall, delivering a press briefing, or updating your team, this workshop focuses on scenario-based preparation, venue awareness, and tone-setting. You’ll integrate all public speaking strategies covered in the series, and apply a self-assessment tool to sharpen your delivery. Anchor your confidence for high-stakes, practical communication.
