Every two years, the CACP Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Committee brings together the country’s top public safety technology leaders to connect, collaborate, and chart the path forward. More than just a conference, this summit is a catalyst for bold ideas, national alignment, and shared progress.

The Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Committee invites presentation proposals for the 2026 CACP Information and Technology Summit. This event brings together public safety leaders, technologists, and innovators to share ideas, showcase solutions, and foster collaboration. Submissions due: July 25, 2025.

Registration
On-site registration check-in starts Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 17:00 and ends at 19:00. The summit begins on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 08:00 and ends on Wednesday, February 25, 2024 at 12:00.
Registration Fee
$695+ GST ($729.75) payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the summit by Visa, Master Card, AMEX or cheque (includes all plenary sessions, three breakfasts, two lunches and five refreshment breaks). If payment is not received prior to the summit, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the summit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before November 22, 2025 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax. Registrations cancelled between November 23, 2025 and January 22, 2026 are subject to a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after January 22, 2026.
Please note: If a registration is submitted after January 22, 2026, there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
