Leadership and Integrity: Shaping the Next Generation of Policing
The British Columbia Association of Chiefs of Police in partnership with the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police are hosting the Police Leadership Conference in Vancouver, British Columbia. The 2026 Conference Theme is “Leadership and Integrity: Shaping the Next Generation of Policing".
Great leadership isn’t about rank and titles, it’s about impact. As leaders and members of the policing and public safety community, it is up to us to address the challenges in recruiting, retention and resiliency which are affecting our organizations.
Aimed at current and future police leaders, this conference will highlight contemporary strategies to address emerging trends in law enforcement such as empowering future leaders, organizational modernization and effective artificial intelligence. Through keynote presentations, interactive workshops, and candid conversations, attendees will gain practical tools for Ethical Leadership & Accountability, Health & Development, Transformational Leadership with a continuous emphasis on how to reimagine what a career in policing means today and into the future.
Whether you are an experienced executive or an emerging leader, the 2026 Police Leadership Conference will leave you better equipped and inspired to take your leadership to the next level. Registration
On-site registration check-in starts Sunday January 18, 2026 at 17:00 and ends at 19:00. The conference begins on Monday January 19, 2026 at 08:30 and ends on Tuesday January 20, 2026 at 15:30.
Registration Fee
$695+ GST ($729.75) payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the workshop by Visa, Master Card, AMEX or cheque (includes all plenary sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches and four refreshment breaks). If payment is not received prior to the conference, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before October 18, 2025 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax. Registrations cancelled between October 19, 2025 and December 18, 2025 are subject to a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after December 18, 2025.
Please note: If registration is submitted after December 18 2025, there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
