Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before May 30, 2025 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax. Registrations cancelled between June 1, 2025 and July 4, 2025 are subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 4, 2025.
Please note: If a registration is submitted after July 4, 2025 there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.

The CACP 2025 Annual Summit and Policing Trade Show promises to be a very exciting show this year – don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of it! Hosted by the Victoria Police Department, the summit has an anticipated audience of over 350 delegates and 130 exhibit booths.
The CACP’s interests and concerns have relevance to police at all levels including municipal, regional, provincial, federal and First Nations.
CACP is dedicated to the support and promotion of efficient law enforcement and to the protection and security of the people of Canada. Much of the work in pursuit of these goals is done through the activities and special projects of a number of committees and through active liaison with various levels of government and departmental ministries having legislative and executive responsibility in law and policing.

Cancellation Policy
If booth space is cancelled on or before April 18, 2025, a full refund less an administrative charge of $200.00 will apply. If space is cancelled between April 19, 2025 and May 16, 2025, 50% of the booth fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after May 17, 2025.
