Police Leadership: Reinvigorating a People Focused Organization

The British Columbia Association of Chiefs of Police in partnership with the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police are hosting the Police Leadership Conference in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is Canada's largest police leadership conference. The 2024 Conference Theme is, "Police Leadership: Reinvigorating a People Focused Organization ". As leaders and members of the policing and public safety community, challenges in recruiting, retention and resiliency are affecting our organizations.

This conference will highlight contemporary strategies designed to reinvigorate and evolve our organizations while causing us to rethink what a career in policing means today and into the future.  By engaging in conversations ranging from resiliency to leading edge technologies, such as AI, we will explore how progressive and creative thinking can further support our cultures, strategies, and organizational growth.
