Mandate

To support the sustainability of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police.

Objectives

1. Assess business opportunities and suggest new lines of business.
2. Develop a business plan; support and monitor its implementation.
3. Recommend financial policies in support of the business plan.
4. Provide financial advice on matters such as operating and capital budgets, acquisitions, and disposal of capital assets, supply and service contracts, and investments
