Mentor Eligibility Criteria

1. Currently a CACP Member in good standing.
2. Currently serving as a Chief of police or equivalent.
3. Availability to serve as a Mentor during the designated program period.

Mentor Selection Process

1. The CACP membership will be canvassed to obtain expressions of interest from current Chiefs of police.
2. The CACP will make the final decision on the alignment of mentors and candidates.
