The Borderless Biker – From Chapters to Cartels: Intelligence-Gathering & Enforcement on OMGs Operating Beyond Patches and Borders
Objectives
This workshop aims to expose, train, and raise awareness on Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMG) violence and international connections. The program will focus on the following topics:
- Understand the Evolving Structure of OMGs Operating Without Borders or Patches
Examine the shift from traditional club-based operations towards inter provincial and transnational OMG networks. - Identify OMGs Trafficking Trends Across North America
Analyze current methods and corridors used for drug, weapons, and human trafficking, and assess OMG involvement at each stage. - Advance Intelligence-Gathering Techniques and Tactical Interventions
Promoting information-sharing for long-term counter-OMG strategies by equipping officers with effective tools and methods for identifying, tracking, and disrupting OMG activity. - Strengthen Cross-Border Intelligence and Enforcement Collaboration
Foster ongoing partnerships amongst Canadian and U.S. law enforcement agencies to disrupt OMG-linked trafficking routes.

Registration
On-site registration check-in starts Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 17:00 and ends at 19:00. The workshop begins on Wednesday, October 29 2025 at 08:30 and ends on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 15:30.
Registration Fee
$645+ HST ($728.85) payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the workshop by Visa, Master Card, AMEX or cheque (includes all plenary sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches and four refreshment breaks). If payment is not received prior to the workshop, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the workshop.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before July 28, 2025 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax. Registrations cancelled between July 29, 2025 and September 28, 2025 are subject to a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after September 28, 2025.
Please note: If registration is submitted after September 28, 2025 there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
