An informative and interactive discussion on systemic racism, implicit bias and gender barriers within policing to:

  • build leadership and organizational capacity by identifying and eliminating barriers to inclusive, equitable police organizations;
  • inform and collaborate on equity, diversity and inclusion best practices;
  • examine training, policy and service delivery opportunities that help to maximize the health and effectiveness of police organizations.
