Description
Organizational health must be a priority for police leaders. Increasingly, we have seen many sectors where performance, job satisfaction, institutional reputation and community perception are tied to how members of organizations feel about how they are treated and their ability to thrive and succeed. This session is intended to help police leaders understand the necessity for building inclusive police organizations, but it will also provide some solutions for tackling this important issue. We will examine the barriers, tools and opportunities related to this challenging, yet critical undertaking.
Police leaders have an opportunity to leave a legacy. What will yours be?
