The CACP RF is a legal entity, separate but aligned with the CACP.

This means that we:

Uphold the high ethical standards expected of policing and police leadership specifically
Have charitable status and comply with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines
Are audited annually to uphold our fiduciary responsibilities to our members
Ensure that our Board of Directors follows best practices of good governance to achieve our mission
Report to our members at an Annual General Meeting
