On-site registration check-in starts Monday, February 22, 2021 at 5:00pm and ends at 7:00pm. The conference begins on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 8:15am and ends on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 12:00pm.

Payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the conference by Visa, Master Card or cheque (includes all plenary sessions, three breakfasts, two lunches and five refreshment breaks). If payment is not received prior to the conference, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the conference.
Cancellations made on or before November 1, 2020 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + GST ($78.75). Registrations cancelled between November 2, 2020 and January 2, 2021 are subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 2, 2021. Please note: If a registration is submitted after January 2, 2021 there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
