The Trade Show is quickly selling out! If you would like to be a part of this exciting show, we urge you send in your booth application and payment as soon as possible.

The CACP 2023 Annual Summit and Policing Trade Show promises to be a very exciting show this year – don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of it!

Booth Rental Rates

Early Bird – Booth Rental $2, 200.00 + 13% HST up to April 21, 2023
Regular – Booth Rental $2, 500.00 + 13% HST as of April 22, 2023

Please note that all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Monday, August 21, 2023            07:00 – 09:00 (Hand carry only)
 

Show Hours
Monday, August 21, 2023             09:30 – 16:00
Tuesday, August 22, 2023            09:00 – 13:30
**Scheduled hours with delegates include refreshment breaks and lunches both days.
 

Local services and regional buyers will be invited to attend the trade show during show hours.

**Please note that lunch on Monday and Tuesday is only for delegates and exhibitors.

Move-Out/Tear Down
Tuesday, August 22, 2023            13:30 – 19:00 

Cancellation Policy
If booth space is cancelled on or before April 21, 2023, a full refund less an administrative charge of $200.00 will apply. If space is cancelled between April 22, 2023 and May 19, 2023, 50% of the booth fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after May 20, 2023.

Note: Cancellation of booth space and/ or booth personnel must be submitted in writing and sent to Leah Ricciuti, leah@canplaninc.ca
