Thank you for participating in Canada Road Safety Week 2019, an enforcement-driven initiative led by the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) but implemented by police agencies across Canada.
This road safety awareness campaign is part of the broader Canada’s Road Safety Strategy 2025, which aims to make Canada's roads the safest in the world. To help assess the progress we are making toward this aspirational goal, we invite you to complete the online data collection form between May 21st and May 31st, 2019.
Your statistics will allow us to get a sense of what is happening on Canada’s roads during one of the busiest long weekends of the year and during the week leading up to it. The standardized data collection spreadsheet will ensure consistency and comparability, thereby facilitating the analysis that will allow the CACP to paint a more accurate picture of road safety in Canada.
An estimated 5 minutes will be required for a representative of your agency or detachment (e.g. RCMP Division) to complete the online data collection form.
Thank you for taking the time to share your statistics with us and for supporting Canada Road Safety Week!
