Members of Law Enforcement Motorcycle Clubs are not permitted to attend this event. If your registration is made under false pretenses, CACP has the right and will cancel your registration at any time and no refund will be issued.

On-site registration check-in starts Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 17:00, closing at 19:00. The workshop begins on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 08:00 with opening remarks, and ends on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 16:50.

An optional session, Biker 101, will be available from 19:00 - 21:00 on Tuesday, October 3.  Pre-registration is not required for this session.

Registration Fee

$645 + GST ($677.25) payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the conference by Visa, Master Card, AMEX or cheque (Conference fee includes all plenary sessions two breakfasts, two lunches and four refreshment breaks).  If payment is not received prior to the workshop, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before July 12, 2023 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax.  Registrations cancelled between July 13, 2023 and September 5, 2023 are subject to a 50% refund.  There will be no refunds for cancellations after September 5, 2023. 

Please note: If registration is submitted after September 5, 2023 there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
