 m 12:00 - 13:00 EST.  --\n\nThe Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an oppo
 rtunity for CACP members to obtain an update on the initiatives and achi
 evements of the association over the past year and to influence the futu
 re direction and focus of the organization. The AGM will include a Presi
 dent’s report, a report from the electoral commission, a review of the
  association’s finances, and an opportunity to discuss proposed CACP r
 esolutions.\n\nAll members of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Poli
 ce (CACP) in good standing are eligible to participate in the Annual Gen
 eral Meeting (AGM).\n\nPlease note that only Active Members and Life Mem
 bers who were previously Active Members are entitled to vote upon any mo
 tion submitted for membership approval at the AGM. Voting will be conduc
 ted using an online polling software.\n\n
