The People Factor: Culture, Wellness, and the Future of Policing
This summit, co-hosted by the CACP Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the CACP Human Resource & Learning Committee, brings together police leaders, managers, and practitioners to explore the people-centered challenges and opportunities shaping modern policing. Sessions will delve into managing an accommodated workforce, navigating evolving labour laws, fostering healthy workplace cultures, managing workplace misconduct, and advancing recruitment and retention practices that sustain excellence. Join your peers to exchange ideas and solutions that put people and culture at the heart of organizational success. Designed by police leaders, this summit provides practical guidance and shared learning on the human side of policing.

Registration
On-site registration check-in starts Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 17:00 and ends at 19:00. The summit begins on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 08:00 and ends on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 15:00.
Registration Fee
$695 + GST/QST ($799.08) payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the summit by Visa, Master Card, AMEX or cheque (includes all plenary sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches and three refreshment breaks). If payment is not received prior to the summit, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the summit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before February 27, 2026 are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax. Registrations cancelled between February 28, 2026 and April 27, 2026 are subject to a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after April 27, 2026.
Please note: If a registration is submitted after April 27, 2026, there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
