Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or before November 24, 2023  are subject to a full refund less an administration fee of $75 + tax.  Registrations cancelled between November 25, 2023  and January 24, 2024  are subject to a 50% refund.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 24, 2024.   

Please note: If a registration is submitted after January 24, 2024 there will be no refunds issued in the event of a cancellation.
