Conference Objective
Uniformed police officers are the 'last line' of defense in the detection of crime before it enters our communities across North America. This conference will consist of relevant training that will be beneficial in the heightening of the front line peace officers awareness skills in detecting and apprehending traveling criminals. Selected topics will also be beneficial to transportation risk and security managers to relevant trucking safety and security issues.
Target Audience
• Front Line Enforcement Officers who engage in traffic enforcement or encounter motorists.
• Industry and security officials concerned about trucking security (Wednesday Afternoon and Thursday Only)

Registration Fee
Law Enforcement $395 + GST ($414.75)
Includes all plenary sessions, Monday night Meet & Greet, Wednesday Night Awards Banquet 6 refreshment breaks.
Industry/ Security Personnel $225.00 + GST ($236.25)
Includes plenary sessions on Wednesday from 13:00-16:15 and Thursday all day, Wednesday Night Awards Banquet and 3 refreshment breaks.
Payable to Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police prior to the conference by Visa, Mastercard or cheque. Full payment must be received by April 20, 2009. If payment is not received prior to the conference, delegates must provide a credit card number or purchase order to gain admission to the conference.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before April 6, 2009 are subject to a $75 + GST administration fee. There will be no refunds after April 6, 2009, however, substitutions can be made for an additional charge of $25 + GST.
